Watergardens at Canberra preview on July 17 as UOL prices start from $1,380 psf

On July 17, UOLGroup, a property developer, will unveil The Watergardens at Canberra completion date. This condominium, which has 448 units, is the first private residential project in the budding Canberra region.
Watergardens in Canberra is joint venture (JV) between UOL and Kheng Leong Co. After submitting the highest bid of $270.2million ($650 per plot ratio), the JV won the Government Land Sale site.
It is located close to Canberra MRT Station, on the North-South Line. It is close to a landed housing development and recently completed HDB flats. Watergardens Canberra was inspired by nature due to its close proximity to parks connectors and green space. The condo is surrounded by water features.
The development is made up of 16 5-storey blocks. The developer offers a variety of units with two- to four bedrooms, as well as larger premium options for those with two- or three-bedrooms.
As there is a high demand for private residential developments in this area, larger units are being offered.
